Shipping policy
送貨須知:
1. 運費：每張床褥港幣 280 元 , 每個枕頭港幣 50 元
2. 貨期
a. 客人下單後，本公司會於2個工作天內以 電話/ WhatsApp形式或短信形式聯絡客人（星期六，日及公眾假期不計算為工作天），須經客人確認無誤後，訂單才算正式確認然後生產貨品。
b. 產品將於本公司成功致電確認訂單或是短信確認訂單後計7至14個工作天內送到（星期六、日及公眾假期不計作工作天）；如須訂貨,貨期約3個月不等，視乎呎碼及貨源。
2. 送貨日安排
a. 逢星期一 ,三, 六 (公眾假期除外)
b. 只逢周三送愉景灣/東湧/馬灣(公眾假期除外), 如非周三及指定日期 (平日及周六)送貨需額外費用.(周日及公眾假期需另外報價)
i. 愉景灣 港幣440（由司機送貨時收取現金）
ii. 東湧/馬灣 港幣280（由司機送貨時收取現金）

a. 樓梯費
i. 樓梯費床褥（1-10樓）港幣 55 / 層
ii. 樓梯費床褥（11樓以上）港幣 110/ 層
iii. 樓梯費床架（1-2組）港幣160/層
iv. 樓梯費床架（3-5包）港幣220/ 層
b. 步行至下車點需支付額外費用
i. 距卸貨點50m – 100m港幣180/床墊
ii. 距卸貨點100m – 300m 港幣440/床墊
iii. 超過300m(需另外報價)
c. 吊車（最多至二樓） 港幣 1,400 / 3 小時
d. 起重機超時 港幣 350/ 小時
e. 特殊處理
i. （帶滑輪的窗戶）低於 5 “ 港幣 800 / 床褥
ii. （帶滑輪的窗戶）超過 5 “ 港幣1,050/ 床褥
iii. 實地考察 港幣 200 / 地點
iv. 舊床褥處理 港幣280 / 床墊
Delivery cost. : $280 per mattress $50 per pillow
Shipping instructions:
1. Delivery time
a. After the customer places the order, the company will contact the customer by phone/WhatsApp or text message within 2 working days (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days). The order will be considered official only after the customer confirms that it is correct. Confirm and then produce the goods.
b. Products will be delivered within 7 to 14 working days after our company successfully calls to confirm the order or confirms the order via text message (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days); if an order is required, the delivery period is about 3 months. Wait, it depends on the size and supply.
2. Delivery day arrangement
a. Every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday (except public holidays)
b. Delivery to Discovery Bay/Tung Chung/Ma Wan is only available on Wednesdays (excluding public holidays). If delivery is on non-Wednesdays and designated dates (weekdays and Saturdays), additional charges will apply. (Separate quotations are required for Sundays and public holidays)
i. Discovery Bay HKD 440 (cash will be collected when the driver delivers the goods)
ii. Tung Chung/Ma Wan HKD 280 (cash will be collected when the driver delivers the goods)
3. Additional charges (charged in cash when the driver delivers the goods)
a. Stair fee
i. Staircase mattress (1st to 10th floor) HKD 55/floor
ii. Staircase mattress (above 11th floor) HKD 110/floor
iii. Staircase fee bed frame (1-2 sets) HKD 160/floor
iv. Staircase bed frame (3-5 packs) HKD 220/floor
b. There is an additional fee for walking to the drop-off point
i. 50m – 100m from the unloading point HKD 180/mattress
ii. 100m – 300m from the unloading point HKD 440/mattress
iii. More than 300m (additional quotation required)
c. Crane (up to the second floor) HKD 1,400 / 3 hours
d. Crane overtime HKD 350/hour
e. Special treatment
i. (window with pulleys) under 5” HKD 800 / mattress
ii. (windows with pulleys) over 5” HKD 1,050/mattress
iii. On-site inspection HKD 200/location
iv. Disposal of old mattresses HKD 280/mattress
